It would probably be the power of flight. But I'm sure some of you would consider invisibility as your top choice, possibly top three*? Well, today modern technology has taken us one step closer to attaining this particular dream. Looks like scientists have taken another step toward creating an invisibility cloak... or something along those lines. Look to the next edition of Nature and Science for details.
So, we're close to invisibility. Teleportation is in the works. When the hell is someone going to make a decent lightsaber?
* I personally don't rank invisibility that high because I saw how it messed up Kevin Bacon in Hollow Man.

i do respect the dangers of invisibility but would take that over flight. kevin bacon by nature is just messed up. but feel that perhaps telekinesis would be supreme over both.
I want teleportation. I don't really like flying or roadtrips. Also, if I had teleportation I wouldn't have to pack. I'd just zip home for a jacket when I get cold.
I've always said that it depends on the kind of world you live in. Does everyone else have superpowers? If not, would you rather be a supervillain or superhero? I think that if there were no other folks with powers, I'd take something like teleportation or invisibility with the caveat that I knew where I was teleporting (not to end up stuck in a wall somewhere) and I had clothes that went invisible with me. I'd likely use both powers for good. But I can imagine it being an 80/20 kind of a thing.
I agree with Trish and Casey. Something like Pyro from X-men would only be conducive to a destructive lifestyle. But being able to teleport would be sweet. I could live in Europe and still go to school in Boston. Also, I believe this would have solved Swayze's problem in Point Break!
